In the picture you can see items being hung on our 70 metre
track before moving into our 3 stage, iron phosphate pre-treatment plant.

• All work is cleaned and prepared using either a 3 stage
  on-line iron/zinc phosphate pre-treatment system, or a
  yellow etch using a two pack etch primer prior to powder
  coating for added adhesion and protection

• Experienced in the pre-treatment and powder coating of mild steel, galvanized & stainless steel

• We offer a standard 3 day turnaround or sooner. A 24 hour service is available by request

• High volume capacity or one-offs/prototypes

• Collection and delivery available

• Approved applicator from Akzo Nobel

• We can deliver to MOD or LUL specifications

• Consistently achieve salt spray tests to 500+ hours

• A Certificate of Conformity can be issued if required
